All you need to do is goto your settings>> connection>> Apn setup and make this simple and short configuration settings. If you don't find the setup procedure like mine, then use the blackberry setup wizard to find where you can edit your connection settings.

Account Name: Etisalat Nigeria
Access Point Name (APN): etisalat
IP Address: 10.71.170.5
Port: 8080 or 9201
Username: blank
Password: blank

For blackberry devices that are having internet connection issue, after the configuration, send a text message to their customer care line like this>>
Me to 200 and then off yuor device/phone and wait for 5minutes, then switch on and you will get an error message from the server. 
If you get the error message then your device is ready to browse the internet without any issue.

If the Problem Persist, Pls What do i Do?

If the problem still continues, then your subscription plan is supported by the device, so call customer care line to stop any data subscription on your device and if they do so, your device can now be able to connect the internet.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
This configuration internet settings are applicable to GPRS or 3.7G and 4G etisalat networks.
The major values to watch for are the APN, IP and port.
Where you are told to to leave blank like in username and password, do ensure to leave it totally blank without writing anything on it.
