1. Locate the Recycle Bin Icon on your computer HomeScreen

2. On the top left corner click on Empty Recycle Bin

3. on the confirmation box dailog, click on Yes

4. Wait for the Process of deleting to Finish

5. Now, you are done exit and restart your computer (Optional)



IMPORTANT NOTE:
Restarting the computer immediately is a great way to increase your computer speed back but, it is optional if you choose.
Wait for the Deleting process to completely end before attempting to exit recycle bin program.
