The name of this app is Go SMS pro, by Go Dev Team - communication which i use to do this great work of blocking any unwanted message from any number on all network.
If you wish to get it done, now let look at the steps and tips to stop all mtn, glo, airtel or etisalat annoying messages from messaing your phone or line again.

• Go to Play Store HERE
• Download and install the App
• Open app and Turn on Blacklist function 
• Now, Add all numbers you don't want to receive message from again, like the network numbers that disturb your line at any time of the day or night.

After adding the desired numbers to your blacklist, save. From there you will no longer receive or get messages from all those numbers again. This is helpful and save.


IMPORTANT NOTE:
If the application is deleted from your device or phone note the numbers on the blacklist will be able to message you back, so in essence do ensure not to uninstall the app to still enjoy your peace.

Adding any number to the blacklist will make that number not to be able to message you. If you put any number make you know and understand the risk that the number can not be able to message  you until you remove it from the blacklist.
