3. Click on the I'm legal owner of the phone with that imei button
4. Click on 'Generate' button 
5. Copy the Security master code 
6. Now go to the affected phone and input the Security master code to unlock your device

The IMEI number of the phone is always written at the back of the phone in the battery region space.
